You confirm that you are the account holder or have authorization to use the provided phone number.
Message frequency varies depending on the specific campaign or service you have subscribed to. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, though actual frequency may be higher or lower based on campaign activity and your interactions.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier will apply to all SMS/text messages sent and received. TeknoSense Solutions LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, that the operation of the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. You use the Services at your own risk.

Our total liability for all claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TeknoSense Solutions LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
TeknoSense Solutions LLC complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal and state laws governing telecommunications and text messaging. We obtain express written consent before sending marketing text messages and honor all opt-out requests promptly.
All email communications comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Our emails include accurate header information, clear identification of commercial messages, a valid physical postal address, and a clear mechanism to opt out of future emails.
For users in the European Union and other jurisdictions with specific privacy regulations, we comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other regional privacy regulations. Users have rights regarding their personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
