TeknoSense Solutions LLC (“TeknoSense,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. TeknoSense is a Texas limited liability company subject to the laws of the United States. A person or entity that is registered with TeknoSense to use the Services.

b. Distribution List

A list of Subscribers and all data related to those Subscribers.

c. Personal Data

Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

d. Subscriber

Any person or entity on your Distribution List or who has opted in to receive communications.

e. You

A TeknoSense Customer or other person or entity who visits or uses our Services.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect two types of information: (a) Personal Data and (b) Non-Personal Data.

a. Personal Data

Personal Data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Personal Data we may collect includes:

  • Identification and Contact Data: name, email address, phone number, physical address, username, or other contact information
  • Financial Information: credit card details, billing information, payment information
  • Business Information: company name, job title, industry, business needs
  • Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device information, cookie data
  • Communication Data: records of your communications with us, including chat logs, emails, phone calls, and text messages

5. SMS AND TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS

a. Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive automated SMS/text messages from TeknoSense or our Customers for transactional, informational, and marketing purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

b. Opt-Out

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message, or by contacting us at privacy@teknosense.com.

c. Data Usage

Text message data, including phone numbers and message content, is used to provide our Services and may be shared with service providers who assist in message delivery and analytics.

6. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

a. Sharing of Personal Data

We may share your Personal Data with:

  • Service Providers: third parties who perform services on our behalf, including hosting, analytics, customer service, payment processing, email delivery, and SMS delivery
  • Business Partners: partners who help us deliver Services or provide joint offerings

a. Customer Responsibility

Our Customers may import Personal Data they have collected from their subscribers or contacts. Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions and consents to collect, store, and process this data. We act as a service provider processing data on behalf of our Customers.

b. Subscriber Rights

If you are a subscriber or contact of one of our Customers and wish to access, correct, or delete your information, please contact the Customer directly. If you contact us, we will refer you to the appropriate Customer.

c. Data Protection

We require all Customers to comply with applicable data protection laws and our Terms of Service. We implement appropriate security measures to protect data processed through our Services.

8. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

a. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us provide and improve the Services. We and our partners use cookies and similar tracking technologies such as pixels and web beacons.

b. Types of Cookies We Use

  • Essential Cookies: necessary for the Services to function
  • Analytical Cookies: help us understand how you use the Services
  • Functional Cookies: remember your preferences and settings
  • Marketing Cookies: track your browsing to show relevant advertisements

TeknoSense does not sell or share your Personal Data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

When we process data on behalf of our Customers, we act as a “service provider” under CCPA. If you are a subscriber of one of our Customers, please contact the Customer directly with your privacy requests.

c. European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including those listed in Section 11(a) above.

Our legal basis for processing your Personal Data includes:

  • Consent: you have given clear consent
  • Contract: processing is necessary to fulfill our contract with you
  • Legal Obligation: processing is necessary to comply with the law
  • Legitimate Interests: processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests

12. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

a. Opt-Out of Marketing Emails

You may opt out of marketing emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email or by contacting us at privacy@teknosense.com. We may still send you transactional or administrative messages necessary to provide the Services.

b. Opt-Out of Text Messages

You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP to any message or contacting privacy@teknosense.com.

13. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES

a. Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services.

b. Third-Party Integrations

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms (such as CRM systems, payment processors, and communication tools). When you use these integrations, the third party’s privacy policy governs their collection and use of your information.

c. Social Media Features

The Services may include social media features. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policies of the companies providing them.

14. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. 15. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

If you are accessing the Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our service providers operate.

The United States may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other countries where we operate.

For transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

16. DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS

Some web browsers have a “Do Not Track” feature. Currently, there is no industry standard for how to respond to Do Not Track signals. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals or similar mechanisms.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will notify you of material changes by:
